WiFi QR codes
How the WIFI: string is built, which security type to pick, why a guest network belongs on the card, and why the password is not a secret once it is printed.
QRazyQR
QRazyQR is one generator. These notes are the parts that do not fit in a tooltip: what a WiFi code actually shares, what a phone saves from a vCard, why a static symbol is different from a tracked short link, how big to print, which colors scan, and how to avoid QR phishing.

Read a guide when you are about to print a batch, hand someone a card, or stick a code on a router. Each article assumes you are using the generator on this site, and it says so when the tool’s behavior matters — for example, that the download is edge to edge with no extra quiet zone, or that a WiFi password is escaped before it is drawn. If you only want a code, go to the homepage and type. You do not need an account, and the text you type is encoded in the browser.
These are not separate products. There is no second generator hiding behind each title, and there is no network of unrelated tools. The homepage may show ads, and so may these articles. The about, contact, privacy, and terms pages do not load advertising.
How the WIFI: string is built, which security type to pick, why a guest network belongs on the card, and why the password is not a secret once it is printed.
Which contact fields the tool writes, how the name is split, and why a printed vCard is a snapshot you will have to reprint when the job title changes.
A static code contains your payload. A dynamic code contains someone else’s short link. QRazyQR only makes the first kind, and this page explains the trade.
Quiet zone, module size, the L/M/Q/H levels in the dropdown, and why a screenshot of the preview is a worse file than the PNG or SVG download.
Scanners read dark against light. Navy on white works. Yellow, light red, inverted codes, and photographs under the modules often do not.
Sticker-over-sticker swaps, URL previews, payment pages, and what to check before you publish a code of your own.
QRazyQR will not store a redirect for you, count how many people scanned a poster, or watermark the download. Those features need a server and a subscription. If you need to change a destination after the posters are on the wall, host the page yourself and change the page, or use a redirect service that tells you the code will die when you stop paying. The about page describes the six tabs and the download buttons in more detail. Questions and corrections go to the contact page, contact@qrazyqr.com.
